With each step, the Sahara unfolds; golden dunes rising, rocky plateaus stretching wide, silence wrapping around you.
Under the morning sun, we start our day with an Energising Movement class. This will warm your muscles, activate your body, and sharpen your focus for the day’s trek..

At the end of the day, we land softly with restorative movement: deep stretches, gentle mobility, and a wave of calm before sleep.

Blending strength, stretches, and breathwork to awaken your body.

A nourishing vegan-vegetarian spread with fresh fruits, local breads, nut butters, and herbal teas/coffee to fuel your journey.

Prepare for the day’s trek: sun scarf, camel loading, water, snacks.

Walk 15 km across the dunes with experienced guides.

Lunch break at a new camp + journaling and rest time.

Gentle movement class focusing on mobility, recovery, and stretching.
